White Caps.
I just drove the 1 minute or less drive to the beach to see the waves. I could hear them from my porch and wanted to see them in full swing.
Man on man. WHITE CAPS. As far as you could see, the water was breaking. Crazy. Major winds and pretty cold. Not gonna lie.
But, I enjoyed a brew, and gazed at the sites.
I am still amazed that I live here.
I have so much left of my life to live. So much...

Why hello.
I decided the other day that I need to change. Physically. And so far, I am loving it. I haven’t worked out in realistically, 3 years. And I was sick of looking at myself and thinking negative things. So. Here I am, writing this after a 20 minute ab workout. I know it’s not much, but it’s a start. Plus, I spend 90+ minutes today scraping wall paper off of my parents...
